Join VOX as we honor America’s 250th anniversary with a moving musical journey through the distinct voices that shape our nation. From Native American poetry and Appalachian folk song to musical traditions from today's immigrant communities-- this program embodies the vibrant tapestry of American identity. Featuring new commissions by composers B.E. Boykin and Carlos Cordero, this concert calls on each of us to reflect honestly on our shared history, and dream boldly of our collective future.
