It’s been a busy couple of months at VOX Femina and our first concert of the season, She Persisted, is fast approaching. We hope you’ve booked your tickets for what we are sure will be a beautiful and moving journey through music.
This season, we are very excited to welcome 11 (yes, eleven!) new or returning singers who are already making an impact. If you want to get to know them a little better, keep an eye on our social media for our mini-profiles!
We are also ramping up for the second year of VOX Youth Outreach programs in the community after a hugely successful first year, with the help of our new Assistant Conductor, Lori Marie Rios. Lori joins VOX with a wealth of experience as a conductor, soloist, educator, and voice teacher. She is an Associate Professor of Music at College of the Canyons and is the Vice President of the California chapter of the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) among many other things. We are delighted to have her as part of the VOX family and look forward to sharing her accomplishments our exciting educational program.
